As you can see from my CV, I have prepared accounts for a wide range of businesses, the smallest being a part-time hair-dresser, the largest being a national housing association that was also a registered charity. I have had extensive experience of preparing accounts from incomplete records (i.e. the original documents you produce, your cheque book, bank statements, receipts etc.). I have prepared accounts using traditional handwritten ledgers, accounting software, and excel spreadsheets. I have run both sales and purchase ledgers, and prepared VAT returns and Tax returns. I have also run payroll for two small local charities and prepared the necessary year-end returns.

I would be happy to work alongside your current accountant or auditor if you have one. I generally work from home with a regular exchange of paperwork, or we can discuss working on-site if that is preferable.
